Brand new (if all of the following is true):

• Phone is still in original packaging and sealed in the box which also includes all the accessories that come inside it.
• Phone is untouched.
• Phone's box has never been opened.

Like new (if all of the following is true):

• Phone is in immaculate cosmetic condition and comes with all the accessories.
• Your Phone is in working order with no cosmetic signs of wear and tear or any scratches and/or dents anywhere on the body or screen.
• Phone's battery maximum capacity must be above 95%.
• Phone must not have any sign of water damage or stains on outer body.

Good (if all of the following is true):

• Your Phone is in great working order with few minor cosmetic signs of wear and light one or two scratches and/or dents.
• Phone has few light marks of use. Battery's maximum capacity must be above 90%.
• Phone must not have any sign of water damage or stains on outer body.

Fair (if all of the following is true):

• Your Phone is in working order with several minor cosmetic signs of wear.
• Phone has moderate to heavy marks of use. Battery's maximum capacity is below 90% but above 80%.
• Phone must not have any sign of water damage.

Defective (if any of the following is true):

• Must power on.
• May have functionality issues like camera doesn't work, speaker is not working, etc.
• Battery capacity is 80% or below.
• Needs repairs to make it 100% functional.

Broken (if any of the following is true):

• Does not power on.
• Broken or cracked LCD screen or glass.
• Missing buttons (power, home, ringer, volume).
• Broken or cracked hardware (charging ports, casing, etc.) or housing separation beyond the width of a nickel.
• Have signs of water damage.
