How to Ship Your Device
Once you've received your shipping label, follow the steps below to safely prepare and drop off your device at carrier location.
Step 1: Locate Your Shipping Label
Locate the shipping label in your email inbox provided to you on our website. Once you have located it, put your device(s) in a sturdy box that can fit your device(s), pack your device(s) with appropriate packing cushioning materials inside the sturdy box, and bring it to your local Canada Post drop-off location for shipping.
Step 2: Find Your Drop-Off Location
Bring the shipping label to your nearest UPS drop-off location and get a mail box that will fit your items. If you have not already packed your device(s), pack your device(s) carefully and bring it to the nearest drop-off location and hand over your package to the agent at the location.
Step 3: Pack Securely
Be sure to pack it carefully and securely before handing it over to the agent to avoid damage during transit. Use adequate cushioning materials and ensure your device is well-protected inside the box.
Important Information
